Description
Instead of:
const { createServerValidate } = serverValidateHelper({
framework: next({
// options related to per-server validator
}),
})
Do:
const { createServerValidate } = serverValidateHelper({
framework: next({
// options related to framework
}),
})
createServerValidate(formOpts, {
// options that a plugin might need. Example: FormData parsing details
})
The options should be inferred from the plugin.

Research direction
Start by locating the createServerValidate entry point and the plugin option types used by serverValidateHelper. Trace how framework and per-server options are currently represented, then verify that createServerValidate accepts plugin-specific parameters and that those parameters are inferred from the plugin as shown in the issue examples.
