Description
Thinking through the devtools a bit:
- our objects are collections and transactions
- collections can be derived from other collections (#41) so showing the dependency graph visually would be nice
- click on a collection & browse it's data
- current count of collections by status e.g. is a collection currently in use & subscribed to backend data or cleaned up?
- run ad-hoc queries
- every query result is also a collection — but perhaps also showing which queries are active or recently active & on which component/url
- list of transactions ordered by creation time w/ the list of mutations linking to their collections, etc.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by turning the proposed collection graph, data browsing, status counts, ad-hoc queries, active-query view, and transaction list into a scoped design; done is not defined by the issue.
