[Feature]: Add cognitive profile assessment for personalized learning（添加学习者认知特征评估，实现个性化学习）

### Problem or Motivation

OpenMAIC provides an excellent multi-agent interactive classroom experience. However, the current personalization is mainly content-based. We could further enhance learning outcomes by understanding each learner's cognitive characteristics (learning style, cognitive load capacity, etc.).

### Proposed Solution

1. Add a brief cognitive profile questionnaire on first use (e.g., VARK or simplified learning style assessment)
2. use the result as the memory to adjust the teaching pace and interaction style
