Description

Should probably at least specify a version number in the test so when we add a new version the test don't break not much can do about missing data being added. I guess could offline more of them like is done in radiospectra

Research direction

Inspect the client tests in stixpy and compare their handling of version selection and network data with the tests in radiospectra/net/sources/tests. Pin a version where appropriate and identify tests that can run offline; done means adding a new upstream version no longer breaks those tests unnecessarily.
