Issue
The game crashes upon loading Yu-Gi-Oh Nightmare Troubadour after the Konami logo, the emulator just freezes for a few seconds and then closes itself. Worked fine in a nightly build from a year ago (don't know the exact version as I was stupid and replaced it) and also works fine in the official 0.9.13 version (unfortunately the sound's crackly in that version), so I can confirm it's not the game itself but something that was changed in the emulator in the past year-or-so.
EDIT: Got some further information, this appears to simply be a duplicate of issue #944 (Since d5e4ed5 GPU scaling factor cause game to crash), as I've just discovered it does work fine if I set the GPU scaling to 1. Also, I can set the GPU scaling back to higher values (I normally use 4) when I'm loaded into the game and everything seems to work fine (I moved from the home to the map to inside of a duel, no crash). So, probably it turns out this issue is unnecessary.

Research direction
Start by reading issue #944 and commit d5e4ed5, which the report identifies as the likely cause. Reproduce the crash when Yu-Gi-Oh Nightmare Troubadour starts with GPU scaling above 1, then verify that the game loads successfully without losing the higher scaling behavior during play.
