Description

Hey guys.

Would it be possible to add a hotkey to disable/enable cheats you had previously selected as "on"?
It should work pretty much like the MAME option, where you turn on the cheats you want, but you have a key to disable all the cheats, and the same key to enable all the cheats you had previously selected.

Some cheats only work correctly by turning them on and then off, however, it becomes very annoying when you have to do it several times in a row depending on the game. So I believe this would be a nice hotkey to have.

Additionally, maybe someone could take it a step further. Let me give you a short example, let's say I'm playing a fighting game with Infinite Energy for Player 1, and zero energy for Player 2. If you leave the P2 zero energy code on, he becomes invincible. You would have to turn the cheat off to defeat him, which is annoying.
So let's say the hotkey I'm requesting gets added. If I disable the cheats, then I would also lose my P1 Infinite Energy, which I don't want it to happen.
So how about in the cheat window, on the codes that I have "On", maybe something could be added where I could click or select something that specifies that a code will stay enabled regardless if I press the disable key? Basically an override option. Maybe the On asterisk could be Red, signaling that specific code will override the disable hotkey command?

Hopefully I managed to get the point across to smarter people than me ;)

Research direction

Begin with the cheat window and existing hotkey behavior, then compare the requested disable/enable semantics with the MAME option mentioned in the issue. Resolve whether the per-code override is part of the scope; done means the selected cheats can be disabled and restored as specified, with the override behavior clearly defined.
