Description
Yes, Save Window Position is checked, and I'm using Config > Save Config.
Haven't yet checked on a fresh config, though. It probably worked in prior versions -- I'll try and test that as well.
Edit (2026-09-15): I've also noticed this with the Lua Console. I think the issue is that each tool's window needs to be closed before the new coords can be saved, so closing the main EmuHawk will cause it to fail to save.
Host env.
- BizHawk 2.11.1; Win11

Research direction
Start by reproducing the window-position save behavior for RAM Watch and the Lua Console on BizHawk 2.11.1 with a fresh configuration. Check whether each tool must be closed before Config > Save Config and verify that reopening the main EmuHawk window preserves the updated coordinates.
