Research direction

Reproduce the issue in EmuHawk on Linux, especially KDE Plasma Wayland with the listed host environment, and compare cursor behavior over the rendering frame versus toolbars and menus. Start by locating the rendering-frame cursor handling; done means the cursor remains visually visible there while mouse position and clicks remain accurate.
