Description
Summary
I tried to use the firmware override function on DS mode. However as it asks to restart after setting up the system, it stays on a blank screen.
Resetting the emulator core it just restarts the console configuration, suggesting no data was saved.
Is it supposed to work in its actual state? Where would it save its data?
Repro
- DS mode
- Use correct dumps
- Firmware override function
Output
Host env.
- BizHawk 2.11

Research direction
Reproduce the report in BizHawk 2.11 using DS mode, correct dumps, and the firmware override function, then observe the restart and blank screen. Trace where the override configuration is written and restored; done means the restart completes and the settings persist, or the issue is documented as unsupported with the save location identified.
