Description
I would like to request to promote my Genetic Algorithm Bot to become a part of the BizHawk family, as a sibling external tool of Basic Bot. My original goal is to create a companion bot for BizHawk to be used by the general public. And therefore, I would like to set the foundation down so we can get started on this.
What are the requirements necessary for this to happen? I have testimonials! 😄

Research direction
No BizHawk files or tests are named. Start by reviewing the linked GeneticAlgorithmBot repository, the TASVideo forum thread, and BizHawk's existing Basic Bot integration to determine the requirements. Done would mean an agreed path and defined requirements for promoting the bot into the BizHawk family.
