Description

Please, who works on kernels, make a .spc dump function, this is a very useful function, because you like the music, but you don’t know the name of this music, I practice it on ROM-Hacks, Snes9X supports it, but the kernel doesn’t, do it for nuclei

Research direction

Start by locating BizHawk's SNES core integrations and comparing the existing .spc dump behavior in Snes9X with the requested Faust and BSNES cores. Confirm how each core exposes audio state and identify the relevant tests or validation path; done means all three listed cores can produce usable .spc dumps. No file or test is named in the issue.
