Description
I'm getting a weird issue where when playing Paper Mario my save in slot one copies to every unoccupied slot, but then when I create a save there it will stop copying over that save file, yet then the new save file starts copying over slots three and four.

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by reproducing the Paper Mario 64 NTSC save behavior in BizHawk and inspect how empty save slots are handled. Done means saving in one slot no longer copies its data into other unoccupied slots.
