Description
BizHawk 2.5.2, win7 x64, NesHawk core
Yume Koujou Doki Doki Panic (Japan) (DV2) from No-intro fds(headerless) set
Steps:
- Load game
- Eject disk
- Insert disk 1
Result:
black screen
It works in FCEUX. And "Yume Koujou Doki Doki Panic (Japan) (DV1)" works in BizHawk.
BTW. The texts in BizHawk UI are "Insert Disk 0/1" or "Insert 0/1". Shouldn't it be "Disk 1 Side A" and "Disk 1 Side B" as prompted in game? And what if there're more than 2 disk sides?

Research direction
Start by reproducing the steps in the NesHawk core with the specified headerless DV2 disk image, then compare the result with DV1 and FCEUX. Trace the disk eject and insert flow, including the separate UI wording question; done means DV2 no longer produces a black screen and disk-side labels correctly reflect the supported sides.
