Lichen Plagiarism Detection Notifications / Email

As told by Barb - Automatically add the plagiarism configuration and enable nightly runs of plagiarism so the instructor can just view the results. Perhaps we add notification badges to the main screen if one of these auto-runs results in students flagged with > 50% match or something.
