Cannot delete rule with <ENTER> key in the last part of the name

Create a rule with key as the last character.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Click -> Rules -> Create Rule

Name: Put "Test" and with key on the last part. Cursor is on the next line(NOTE: did not notice it at first. )
Pack: Default
Trigger: Custom sensor reading OPC data
Criteria: None
Action: Send Email

Click The Create button

Expected Results

Successful creation of the rule with no errors

Actual Results

Unable to retrieve the rule "default.Rule ROR Active Power ". See details in developer tools console.

Start with the Rules > Create Rule flow and reproduce the issue using an Enter key at the end of the rule name. Check the browser developer tools console and compare the reported failure with the expected successful rule creation; done means the rule is created without the retrieval error.
