Create a rule with key as the last character.

st2 3.8.0, on Python 3.8.10
OS, environment, install method
Ubuntu, VM, one line install

Only running python sensors reading data from the OPC servers
Steps to reproduce the problem
Click -> Rules -> Create Rule
Name: Put "Test" and with key on the last part. Cursor is on the next line(NOTE: did not notice it at first. )
Pack: Default
Trigger: Custom sensor reading OPC data
Criteria: None
Action: Send Email
Click The Create button
Expected Results
Successful creation of the rule with no errors
Actual Results
Unable to retrieve the rule "default.Rule ROR Active Power ". See details in developer tools console.
