Description
Create a new subcommand for st2 execution that will export an orquesta rehearsal workflow test from an execution id.
st2 execution rehearsal [execution id]
This would dump the following:
sample rehearsal workflow test
This would make it very simple to write a correctly formatted rehearsal workflow test.
Currently, it takes a significant amount of time to generate one by hand.
Also, I first test the workflow in StackStorm before writing the rehearsal workflow unit test.

Research direction
Start with the existing st2 execution command and compare its output needs with the sample fixture at orquesta/tests/fixtures/rehearsals/tests/sequential_failure.yaml. Define the rehearsal export for st2 execution rehearsal [execution id], then verify that it produces a correctly formatted Orquesta rehearsal workflow test from an execution.
