Description
We have certain executions that are all the same action, but differ in input parameters. We'd like to filter these executions with a substring match - ie return all the executions that have 'abcdef' in one of its parameters.
Does such a thing exist already? Would this be hard to implement?

Research direction
Start by checking the existing execution filtering and query capabilities to determine whether parameter substring matching is already supported. Define the intended matching behavior for execution input parameters and verify that the requested substring returns all matching executions.
