Research direction
Start by reviewing the existing st2 pack config CLI commands and the linked pack_configs_controller.get_one API endpoint. Determine the appropriate command shape for retrieving a pack's currently loaded configuration, then verify that the CLI exposes the endpoint's result and add or run the relevant command tests.
