Description
Someone brought this up on community again - https://github.com/StackStorm/st2/issues/2070.
Three people on community say that their security teams are against a passwordless sudo for stanley. We should look into password protected sudo for stanley and allow sudo password to be passed via an argument or via a rule (password saved in encrypted data store). We also have to document some of these cases for people to get familiar with.
