Description

We should add integration tests which pass common CLI argument such as --token, --api-key, etc. to all the CLI commands and verify that those arguments are correctly propagated to all the commands and API calls issued inside the commands.

See https://github.com/StackStorm/st2/pull/3229 for context.

Research direction

Start by reading PR #3229 for context, then locate the CLI integration-test entry points and identify the commands covered. Exercise common arguments such as --token and --api-key, verifying that they reach each command and its API calls; done means the applicable commands have passing propagation assertions.
