Description
Two ways to integrate a pipeline with StackGuardian exist: Tirith (Action/CLI at plan time) and the
Terraform CLI cloud block. Validate and document running both in one workflow: what works, what
conflicts (double gating, duplicate runs, which verdict wins), and the recommended split between
them.

Research direction
Start by running Tirith's platform check alongside the Terraform CLI cloud block in one pipeline workflow. Validate whether both integrations work, identify double gating, duplicate runs, and conflicting verdicts, then document the recommended split and expected outcome.
