Description
A suggestion from @MaxHorstmann that I'd love to include at some point. Code blocks could use their own copy to clipboard button.
There have been other requests for a proper stimulus copy to clipboard button, so perhaps we could break this down a bit and combine the components where necessary?

Research direction
Start by reviewing the closed pull request #883 and the related requests for a Stimulus copy-to-clipboard button. Then locate the existing code-block and clipboard components and confirm whether they can share implementation. Done means code blocks expose a working copy-to-clipboard button with the intended scope agreed.
