Description
- Implement missing metrics (see this PR as a template for a new metric addition: https://github.com/SpikeInterface/spikeinterface/pull/4266)
- Refactor template metrics (better way to find peaks!): bombcell code
- Port bombcell rules into curation module: e.g.:
sc.auto_label_bombcell(analyzer): bombcell code - Extend SpikeInterface GUI for better assessment of unit classification quality (similar to UnitRefine GUI)
- Generate output summary plots (including for non bombcell metrics) (e.g.: histograms, Upset plots)? Extend on SpikeInterface report?
