Research direction
The issue mentions .bin recordings from the WhiteMatter acquisition system using the OpenEphys GUI, but names no repository files, tests, or entry points. First identify the binary format and whether OpenEphys provides format documentation or an existing reader. The scope and definition of done remain unspecified until the expected recording support is clarified.
