Hi,
I am seeing some units in Phy that have locations in the shank not where SI is showing when I run sw.plot_unit_locations(sa,width_cm =2, backend ="ipywidgets"). I am curious if this is a known problem or something rare and in cases when this happens what is the approach as far as which one to trust?
I am happy to share pictures if needed.
