Description
When I create an account I don't have any user type selected (power user, developer). Once I go to preferences and select either Power User, Developer or both I can't go back to having neither selected.

Research direction
Reproduce the flow by creating an account, opening Preferences, and selecting Power User or Developer. Inspect the user type selection control and its handling of clearing selections. Done means users can return to having neither type selected, while retaining the ability to select either or both types.
