Hello,
I created an additional (personal) email, then decided to delete it. It no longer appears in my profile, but anonymous users can see it in the XML view.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue by creating and deleting an additional email, then viewing the profile as an anonymous user in XML format. Start at the XML view entry point and trace how deleted emails remain exposed; done means the deleted personal email no longer appears to anonymous users.
