Description
The foreseen user sequence is to click on the globe, and then when a coloured one appears then drag it.
If instead you directly drag the black and white clobe, it is dropped on as the URL of the globe icon, which leaves to strange and puzzling errors. It should instead work in the same as the foreseen sequnce

Research direction
Start by reproducing the direct-drag interaction in the sharing pane and compare it with the click-then-drag sequence described in the issue. Locate the sharing-pane entry point and its globe interaction handling; done means dragging the black-and-white globe behaves like dragging the coloured globe instead of dropping its image URL.
