Description

The header elevates some buttons:

• opening the sharing pane (p.s. redesign of sharing pane is a separate ticket)
• Edit button
• and the 3 dots buttons

Remark: these buttons are used everywhere on each pane -> this needs to be in solid-ui and a web component later on
Remark: some of these buttons' functionalities are in the 'under the hood' pane
