Description
We have a new design for the Preferences of a user. Link to design, find it in the drop-down menu of the logged-in user.
Remark: the Customize Theme part will not be implemented for now because it requires a new feature basically.

Research direction
Start with the linked Figma design and inspect the existing logged-in user drop-down to find the Preferences entry point. Implement the Preferences view to match the supplied screens, leaving Customize Theme out for now. Done means the view is reachable from the logged-in user's drop-down and matches the design apart from that excluded section.
