Description
Copied this over from a comment from @bourgeoa on a ticket that I closed. Timea also commented that we will add to our meeting agenda.
The 3 dots content is to be discussed this is not a traditional social environment with likes and favourites or sharing actions like send.
Make public/private is not pertinent
I like 3 dots sub menu but context dependent

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by reviewing the attached image and locating the existing file-explorer three-dot menu; first clarify the intended context-dependent actions with the maintainers. Done means an agreed menu scope and an accepted implementation plan.
