Description
Having a pane to query a linked data fragment web API would mean querying outside of a current users pod would be possible. This pane would be generic enough that it could load controls for the web API that it is querying.
An LDF client has been implemented within Comunica, and this is already a dependency of the CSS (Community Solid Server).
Hydra seems to have been the basis for this and looks to have now been superseded.

Research direction
Start with package.json to inspect the existing Comunica dependency, then review the Comunica LDF client and the linked Hydra specifications. Define the pane's scope and control-loading behavior before implementation; done means a generic pane can query an LDF web API outside the current user's pod.
