Description
For example, in chapter 4 of the manual, there are references to figures 4.1, 4.2, 4.4 and 4.5, but the figures are no longer labeled. Figures should be labeled and ideally references to them would be linked (as they would have been with LaTeX). Ideally this should happen in both the PDF and HTML versions.
