Description
I'm getting
Gdk-Message: 16:46:37.519: Error reading events from display: Connection reset by peer
(EE) failed to write to XWayland fd: Broken pipe
/home/USER/.nix-profile/bin/nixVulkanNvidia: line 6: 3910437 Terminated "$@"
Gdk-Message: 16:46:37.603: firefox: Fatal IO error 11 (Resource temporarily unavailable) on X server :1.
It has happened twice. Seems to be something with Firefox. I dont know if this is due to Simula but Simula is what is crashing.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the crash with Firefox running through XWayland on Linux and capture the surrounding display and process logs. Investigate whether the XWayland connection reset is caused by Simula or by Firefox; done means identifying a reproducible cause and a verified fix or clear upstream diagnosis.
