Opis:
Analiza backup radio na wypadek awarii LoRa: APRS, WSPR i alternatywy. Koszt, PCB, trudność implementacji, zasięg, interfejsy, plusy/minusy, w tym publiczne odbiorniki z live tracking.

DOD:

  • Tabela rozwiązań: APRS / WSPR / inne — koszt, zasięg, legalność, PCB
  • Interfejsy z komputera (UART/GPIO × N)
  • Trudność implementacji (1–5) + estymata czasu
  • Opis ekosystemu odbiorników publicznych (aprs.fi, WSPRnet)
  • Rekomendacja: wdrożyć / odłożyć / odrzucić z uzasadnieniem
