Description
Description
Alas, it should come as no surprise that we have another pulmonary model whose model cannot be created from the existing segmentations. In this issue, we investigate 0117_H_PULM_ALGS.
I am going through a branch-by-branch process of creating the model. This time, the warning is: "Warning: Failed to create model". The terminal says "CapID Array is not on the surface". This first occurs for LPA_01_02. Note to self to continue from here.
Reproduction
Launch SimVascular 2025.12.21 and try to create a model with the existing segmentations.
Expected behavior
Create a nice model from the segmentations.

Research direction
Launch SimVascular 2025.12.21 and reproduce model creation with the existing segmentations for 0117_H_PULM_ALGS. Start at the first failing branch, LPA_01_02, and inspect the terminal's "CapID Array is not on the surface" warning. Done means the segmentations produce a model without the "Failed to create model" warning.
