Description
Description
Building a SimVascular model using the segmentations in the 0170_H_CORO_KD project fails with
The terminal window where SimVascular was run shows
[WARNING:FollowLoopOrientation] No cell with correct orientation found
[WARNING:GetSingleLoop] FollowLoopOrientation failed
ERROR in boolean operation.
The VMR says that this entry has a mesh but there are no .msh files present in the project's Meshes directory so SimVascular shows that there is no mesh. There is a mesh-complete directory containing mesh files that were created somehow.
Reproduction
Download 0170_H_CORO_KD and build a new model.
Expected behavior
A model should build from the existing segmentations.

Research direction
Download 0170_H_CORO_KD and reproduce the failure by building a new model. Compare the VMR entry, the Meshes directory, and the existing mesh-complete directory while reviewing the reported FollowLoopOrientation and boolean-operation messages. Done means the model builds successfully from the existing segmentations and the project’s mesh state is consistent.
