Use Case
We need to remove redundant documentation from GitHub Pages.
Problem
Most of the GitHub Pages documentation has been moved to https://simvascular.github.io/documentation/rom_simulation.html#0d-solver.
Solution
Remove redundant documentation from GitHub Pages.
