Description
Use example : you watch a broadcast and you draw some shapes on the board, the results of your own analysis. You go to another board then switch back. The arrows should still be there.
It would be useful in a study that you... err... study, as well.

Research direction
Start at the board-arrow handling for studies and broadcasts, then trace what happens when switching to another board and back. Check how locally drawn arrows are currently stored and restored, and verify that arrows persist for viewers who do not contribute to the study or broadcast.
