Description
Is it possible to simulate a cable being unplugged? It seems timeout stops the data immediately.
I would prefer something like, stop all data (and hang for ever) after x time so I can use it with the toxicity option and have random hangs in the middle of some connections.

Research direction
Start by tracing how timeout behavior and the toxicity option affect active connections in the proxy. Define the cable-unplug behavior around stopping data and hanging indefinitely after a configured duration, then add coverage showing that connections remain established but no longer transfer data.
