Question about Expiring Offline access tokens

This is just to ask if this template already supports this?:

And if yes, could we have:

• A little bit of background on how it works in this template?
• What Gotchas could be around it and considerations/suggestions on how to handle edge-cases.
• Should we have additional services/jobs running to run refreshing jobs?

I'm basically trying to understand how to piece together this requirement before is too late for the January 2027 deadline and making sure I understand it completely.
