Description
Currently the ShipIt supports publishing npm packages with lerna up to version 2.9x. I want to use the latest version of lerna (v3.15.0 at this time) and it would be great if there was a simplified ShipIt configuration that could be used for this, similar to what's already support for lerna v2.9.x
