Description
If users add a new association, say belongs_to :user to the Post model, the go-to-definition for :user will not work until the LSP server is restarted.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue in a Rails model by adding an association such as belongs_to :user, then test go-to-definition for :user before and after restarting the Ruby LSP server. Trace how newly added associations are discovered or cached. Done means go-to-definition works after the association is added without restarting the server.
