Description
Token usage count doesn't include calls to coding agents, which can be misleading in how expensive a workflow run is.
General usage and agent token usage should be tracked and reported.

Research direction
Start by tracing where workflow token usage is collected and reported, then identify how coding-agent calls are represented. Ensure both general usage and agent token usage are included in the reported totals, and verify that workflow cost information reflects agent calls as well.
