Description

It looks like Liquid does not have a formal grammar specified anywhere. This makes it harder to create parsers for other languages (e.g. Python).

Could you publish a formal grammar specification (in a format that's compatible one of the major parser generators like ANTLR or Bison)?

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by defining the scope of Liquid syntax and selecting a major parser-generator format such as ANTLR or Bison. Done means a published formal grammar that enables parsers for other languages.
