Description
I am doing ajax calls to http://site.com/api/v1 on the product detail page.
The domain is HTTP, not https.
But I am getting the error and that try to call https://site.com/api/v1 which doesn't exist.
So I can't do ajax call.
Anyone can help me?

Research direction
No repository files, tests, or entry points are identified. Start by clarifying how Liquid is involved in the product detail page and documenting the exact AJAX request and browser error; the work is complete only when a concrete repository change or confirmed out-of-scope diagnosis is defined.
