Describe the bug / error

Colose entry looks like this and the manifest is unable to load.

Steps to reproduce
  1. Default SPFx solution minimal.
  2. Open Browser with default ??debug=true&noredir=true&debugManifestsFile=https://localhost:4321/temp/manifests.js
  3. add Webpart to page and check the console log.

Expected behavior

Debugging in Edge do not work.
Debugging in Chrome works: Version 124.0.6367.80 (Official Build) (arm64)
