Description

frontend p2

Following this PR https://github.com/SemiAnalysisAI/InferenceX/pull/938, more metrics will be collected.
Frontend should add toggle to select X-Axis.
This should not be dependent on latency/interactivity (in other words, if you select for one, you select for both).
Default should be median (p50) since that is what we have the most data for.
Edge cases are handled properly since data will initially be sparse since we just now collect p90 and p999.
