Research direction

No files or tests are identified. Reproduce the dependent SFS option-loading behavior with the listed MediaWiki, Semantic MediaWiki, Semantic Forms, and Page Forms versions, using a combobox and changing the controlling PF element; done means the dependent options load reliably on the first change without requiring a second selection.
