Research direction

The issue concerns PostgreSQL Range types and points to sqlx's PgRange documentation as the proposed reference. No repository file, test, or entry point is named, so first inspect the existing PostgreSQL type-support code and tests; done means SeaORM can represent and generate queries for the requested range types with coverage for the supported cases.
